Managing Conflict: Effective Communication for Families 4-Week Course + FREE 30-minute consultation
Starts Wednesday 23rd June (8pm-9.30pm BST)
£95 per person / 20% off second ticket
Conflict is an unavoidable and necessary part of life and it can be managed so that everyone’s needs are met whilst also enabling growth and connection.
Throughout this 4-week introductory course, we will take an in-depth look at the different aspects of a toolkit for developing a needs-based approach to conflict resolution within families. During this course, you will be invited to attend an optional 30 minute consultation with either Jo or Sarah for free. This is a great way to discuss things in greater detail and get specific advice on any topics particularly relevant to you.
Each week, focusing on different aspects, participants will bring questions, queries, conflict or examples and we will workshop these real-life situations collectively in a supportive, confidential and non-judgmental setting.
We will focus on:
Embracing conflict
Power dynamics
Consent
Communicating needs
An Unconditional Approach
Intent vs impact
Conflict resolution
Personal boundaries
Making agreements & family meetings
