I would like more than one child to attend an event. Do I need to buy more than 1 ticket?
Yes please! Providing quality learning experiences is really important to us, for this reason we limit the number of spaces we offer for each session so that we have time for meaningful interactions with all learners. Due to this, we ask you to book a separate space for each learner.
The ticket price is per person (except for family events) so you need to buy a ticket for each child or adult attending. When booking tickets for multiple children, select the number of tickets you need and then write their names, ages, pronouns and additional information in the checkout form (separated by commas).
The exception to this is when you are buying a ticket for a family event (e.g. Family Singing and Movement and Family Yoga). Here the ticket price is per family not per person.
Do you offer a sibling discount?
We are a small business and have worked hard to keep the ticket prices as low as they possibly can be, whilst still ensuring our session leaders are paid fairly. For this reason, we don't offer sibling discounts. Block bookings have helped us to keep the ticket prices even lower this year so we have been able to offer a discount on all 6-week block tickets, which is included in the listed price.
We do, however, have a commitment to support people to access our sessions and so if finances are an obstacle for you at the moment, please get in touch.
I would like more than one child to attend an event. Do they each need their own device or can they share one?
From our experience, we have found that things run more smoothly if each learner attends the session on a different device and in different rooms, so this would be our preference and advice.
We understand that all learners and family situations are different however, so if this will create any access issues we are happy to have learners share a device.
I would like to book more than one event at a time. How can I do that?
Unfortunately EventBrite doesn't provide all the functionality we would wish so there isn't a way to book in for multiple events at the same time. We know that can be frustrating and apologise for the inconvenience. We do offer block booking options for the most popular weekly sessions. We are also looking into the possibility of offering a subscription service in the future.

My child is outside the age range for a session but wants to come. Are they allowed?
The ages shown are only suggested guides. We take a needs-based approach and understand that every child is different. If, having read the information about the event, you and your child think it is right for them, please feel free to book. If you are unsure, please get in touch and we can let you know what the session entails so that you and your child can make an informed decision.
My child/ren or I would really like to attend a session but we can’t make that time. What can we do?
We are a new business and are constantly growing and putting up new sessions. Please contact us and let us know what you are looking for and/or what time works best for you. We also offer bespoke sessions so we can organise an event tailored to you and your friends. Signing up for our newsletter and following us on Facebook and Instagram are all great ways to hear about new sessions as they are put up on our website each week.
My child/ren or I would like to do a session on something that isn’t listed in the events. What can we do?
We are a new business and are constantly growing and putting up new sessions. Please contact us and let us know what you are interested in. We also offer bespoke sessions so we can organise an event tailored to you and your friends. My child/ren or I have additional needs. Can we still attend your sessions?
Yes! We are an inclusive business and take a needs-based approach to working with people. When booking a ticket with us, there is a section to let us know of any access needs you or your child/ren might have or any additional information that it would be useful for us to know. We welcome parents/carers supporting their child/ren to access an event if necessary.
Alternatively, if you are concerned as to whether a particular session is right for you, please get in touch with us. We will happily explain what happens during each session in detail and answer any questions that you may have so that you can make an informed decision as to whether an event is right for you.
I’ve booked onto a course but I haven’t received the login details yet. What should I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that you are having trouble accessing the login details for an event you have booked with us. We send them out in the initial booking email that you receive and then also in reminders 24-hours and 1-hour before the event.
Occasionally emails get sent to the ‘spam/junk’ box so we would suggest checking there first. Some email providers also ‘clip’ longer emails so please make sure that you have downloaded the entire email.

So that we can make sure this problem is sorted for the future, it would be really helpful if you could forward us your booking email so that we can see what has happened and work out how we can fix it.
I’ve got a discount code but I can’t see where to enter it?
The promo code box is right at the start of the booking process instead of on the checkout page. Not where we expected it to be either but we can't move it unfortunately!
Here's what to do...
1. Go to the event page for the event you want to book onto
2. Click on the "Buy Tickets" button
3. On the page you are taken to next, in the top left hand corner, there's a line of writing in blue that says "Enter promo code". If you click on that a text box will appear and that is where you enter the code
4. Click "Apply" to the right of the box.
I really want to attend one of your sessions but I can’t afford it. Can you help?
