Bean Learning is an online learning platform with a mission - we want to engage and empower learners and we need you to help us do it!

If you are an experienced educator who is passionate about treating learners with respect, using unconditional approaches to learning and who operates in a consent and needs-based way then we want to work with you. 

We take care of all the behind the scenes stuff like marketing, website, technical stuff and business management so you can get on with what you do best - connecting with learners and supporting their journeys of discovery.

All applicants should:

• Be able to supply documentation of a current security check (Basic DBS or equivalent)

• Be an experienced educator

• Believe in our ethos with as much passion as we do! Please read about this in detail here

Our session leaders have:

• Flexibility! Choose which sessions you want to lead or design your own; then decide when you would like to schedule them and how often.

• Support - the Bean Team will support you in creating your sessions and will handle website updates, advertising and marketing, admin and registration for all sessions

Payment:

• Our session leaders invoice monthly and are paid based on the number of sessions they run and how many learners attend each session

In terms of what you offer - the world is your oyster (or possibly your bean!) So far we have run sessions on drama, lego, stories, music and even hats but we are keen to diversify so we would love to hear your ideas! We also offer sessions for adults to support their self-care (our Monday night yoga is the most relaxing thing ever). Whatever you offer, the important things are that you are an experienced educator and have experience/knowledge in the subject of the session.
