£20.00
Sold Out

Do your kids love Lego? Would you like an hour to yourself where they are engaged and extended in their play, with peers and experienced mentors?

Allow your child’s imagination to run wild with a group of fellow Lego enthusiasts. In each fun and engaging session we will play, build and talk about Lego whilst sharing our creations and inspirations with each other.

This is a set of 4, weekly sessions which will take you up to the half-term holidays. This allows the group to get to know each other, and us as facilitators to identify and extend interests and themes.

Our sessions are learner-led, so each one is a collaborative experience. Depending on the interests of the children we may explore:

  • Imagination and creativity

  • Social, emotional and communication skills

  • Design and engineering

  • Stopframe animation

  • Storytelling

  • Science and Nature

  • History

  • Geography

The session will be facilitated by two experienced educators and Lego fans: Jay Byrd (registered Childminder) and Sarah Ridgeon (Qualified Teacher)

We welcome all Lego collections, no matter how big or small!

Each session will take place on a Wednesday afternoon from 4.30pm-5.30pm and be held online, using Zoom

Dates:

  • Wednesday 30th September (4.30pm-5.30pm BST)

  • Wednesday 7th October (4.30pm-5.30pm BST)

  • Wednesday 14th October (4.30pm-5.30pm BST)

  • Wednesday 21st October (4.30pm-5.30pm BST)
