Lego Club (Weekly for six weeks)
Starting Monday 22 February (4.30pm-5.30pm GMT)
£31 per child - SOLD OUT
Do your kids love Lego? Would you like an hour to yourself where they are engaged and extended in their play, with peers and an experienced mentor?
Allow your child’s imagination to run wild with a group of fellow Lego enthusiasts. In each fun and engaging session we will play, build and talk about Lego whilst sharing our creations and inspirations with each other.
This is a set of 6, weekly sessions. This allows the group to get to know each other, and the facilitator to identify and extend interests and themes.
Our sessions are learner-led, so each one is a collaborative experience. Depending on the interests of the children we may explore:
Imagination and creativity
Social, emotional and communication skills
Design and engineering
Stopframe animation
Storytelling
Science and Nature
History
Geography
The session will be facilitated by an experienced educator and Lego fan: either Sarah Ridgeon (Qualified teacher) or Jay Byrd (childminder and home educator).
We welcome all Lego collections, no matter how big or small!
Each session will take place on a Monday afternoon from 4.30pm-5.30pm and be held online, using Zoom
