Lego Club
Wednesday 12 May (4.30pm-5.30pm BST)
£6 per child
Do your kids love Lego? Would you like an hour to yourself where they are engaged and extended in their play, with peers and experienced mentors?
Allow your child’s imagination to run wild with a group of fellow Lego enthusiasts. A fun and engaging, interactive session where we will play, build and talk about Lego whilst sharing our creations and inspirations with each other.
Our sessions are learner-led, so each one is a collaborative experience. Depending on the interests of the children we may explore:
Imagination and creativity
Social, emotional and communication skills
Design and engineering
Stopframe animation
Storytelling
Science and Nature
History
Geography
The session will be facilitated by an experienced educator and Lego fan: either Jay Byrd (registered Childminder) or Sarah Ridgeon (Qualified Teacher).
We welcome all Lego collections, no matter how big or small!
Ideal for ages 5-11 years
Places limited to 8 children
Session delivered on zoom
