Yoga, with its breathing and relaxation techniques, helps calm and still the mind. It offers a wonderful way to help increase concentration, self-awareness and self-esteem, while strengthening children’s bodies, boosting stamina and helping develop good posture and coordination.
This session will include:
Yoga postures to improve coordination, create strength and increase flexibility
Breathing
Relaxation
Meditation
Visualisation
Storytelling
All our sessions are inclusive so all bodies are welcome. Please let us know when you book if the participant has any injuries or conditions which may affect their yoga practice, this allows Janine to suggest modifications where appropriate. No previous experience of yoga or specialist equipment is necessary
