Starting Wednesday 12th January (4.30pm - 5.30pm GMT)
£40 per child
Do you have a gamer at home? Do they like to talk about the games they play? I know mine does!
Book your young person in for an hour of chat with like-minded gamers in a held space. Please note that we will not be able to discuss any game rated 12 or higher by PEGI due to the age range for this session so please ensure that this is understood and accepted by your child before booking a space.
This is a set of 6, weekly sessions. This allows the group to get to know each other, and the facilitator to identify and extend interests and themes.
Our sessions are learner-led, so each one is a collaborative experience. Depending on the interests of the children we may explore:
Minecraft mobs and players
Blocks, buildings, potions and food
Mod apps
Redstone and tools
The End and The Nether
Tricks and tips
The session will be facilitated by experienced educator and mother to a Minecraft-lover, Jay Byrd (childminder and home educator).
Optional: Bring Minecraft books, plushies, Lego or other toys.
Each session will take place on a Wednesday afternoon from 4.30pm-5.30pm (GMT) and be held online, using Zoom
