Nature Club Drop-in

Thursday 20th October (4.30pm - 5.30pm BST)

Age guide: 5-10

Ah the bounty of nature. It’s just endless isn’t it? Children love to explore and learn about the world and that's exactly what we will be doing in this club.

I’d love to know what’s growing in your garden, in pots in your home or in your local green spaces and waterways. I am down for discussing creepy crawlies, soft and fluffies, scaly and toothies and everything in between! Let’s chat about it all.Things we might talk about include:

  • Plants and animals

  • Geography

  • Biology

  • Different cultures

  • Gardening

  • Food

  • Dinosaurs

  • Mythical beasts

Hosted and facilitated by childminder, home educator and nature lover, Jay Byrd.

All our sessions are child-led and gently held.
No specific resources are needed for this club, although we might decide we want to do some crafts and plan a week in advance. We would love to meet any nature-related things you have in your home such as pets, books, soft toys etc.

Ideal for ages 5-10 years

Places limited

Session delivered on zoom
